1. Do you accept phone orders?
We are not accepting phone orders at this time.
2. How can I check on my order?
We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can log on to My Account on this site to then check your order status. You can also call or email our customer service center.
3. Can I order from outside the United States?
We are not accepting international orders at this time.
4. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory
5. Do you have an A'GACI catalog?
A'GACI does not have a catalog at this time.
6. How quickly do you ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm CST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
In stock products ship within 1 business day from the order date. Backordered products ship within 30 days.
7. Is my credit card number and information secure?
We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your transaction. The data you send is strongly encrypted, using 128 bit SSL technology, the industry standard security protocol that A’GACI uses to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. You can confirm that you are in a secure area by looking for the closed padlock symbol on your browser.
8. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for on-line purchases. We're sorry we do not accept COD orders.
9. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section.
10. What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Backordered products ship within 30 days. If the product is permanently out of stock then customer service will notify you.
11. How can I purchase an A'GACI gift card?
You can purchase an A'GACI gift through our website. There is a link on the homepage which will take you to the gift card page. You can also purchase A'GACI gift cards at any one of our stores.
12. Can I redeem an A'GACI gift card online?
At this time you cannot redeem an A'GACI gift card online. You can however purchase an A'GACI gift card online.
13. Can I register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member online?
Currently you are not able to register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member online. You can register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member at any of our stores.
14. If I am an A'GACI Fashion Club Member will my online purchases count towards my reward points?
Yes, your online purchases will count towards your rewards points. Please remember to enter your A'GACI Fashion Club Member number during checkout.
15. What if I haven't received my order?
You can track your package with the tracking number that will be provided to you by logging onto My Account and going to Order Status. You can also contact our customer service department by e-mail or by phone.

16. Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to residents of Texas, Florida, Nevada and Arizona. All other residents are not charged sales tax because A'GACI does not have a physical presence there.
