FAQ's

1. When will my credit card be charged?

The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be changed once your order is processed to ship.

Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. A'GACI reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

2. What is the order cancellation process?

Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles fo credit cards.

3. Do you accept phone orders?

We are not accepting phone orders at this time.

4. How can I check on my order?

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.  You can log on to My Account on this site to then check your order status.  You can also call or email our customer service center.

5. Can I order from outside the United States?

We are not accepting international orders at this time.

6. Can I have my order shipped to another country?

We can ship to military addresses, APO/FPO and U.S. territories only.

7. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory

8. Do you have an A'GACI catalog?

A'GACI does not have a catalog at this time.

9. How quickly do you ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm CST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
In stock products ship within 1 business day from the order date. Back-ordered products ship within 30 days.

10. Is my credit card number and information secure?

We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your transaction. The data you send is strongly encrypted, using 128 bit SSL technology, the industry standard security protocol that A'GACI uses to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. You can confirm that you are in a secure area by looking for the closed padlock symbol on your browser.

11. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for on-line purchases. We're sorry we do not accept COD orders.

12. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section.

13. What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Back-ordered products ship within 30 days. If the product is permanently out of stock then customer service will notify you.

14. Can I register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member online?

Currently you are not able to register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member online.  You can register to be an A'GACI Fashion Club Member at any of our stores.  

15. If I am an A'GACI Fashion Club Member will my online purchases count towards my reward points?

Yes, your online purchases will count towards your rewards points.  Please remember to enter your A'GACI Fashion Club Member number during checkout.

16. What if I haven't received my order?

You can track your package with the tracking number that will be provided to you by logging onto My Account and going to Order Status.  You can also contact our customer service department by e-mail or by phone.

17. Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to residents of Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Texas.  All other residents are not charged sales tax because A'GACI does not have a physical presence there.
