Return + Exchanges
Returns By Mail - FREE
You may return agacistore.com purchases (excluding accessories, intimates, and gift cards) by mailing it with no additional shipping charges to our Online Return Department at the following address:
- Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
- For returns, enclose a copy of your invoice along with the merchandise packaged securely in the original package if possible.
- Attach the pre-paid return label provided with your original order. Pre-paid return labels are not included in orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
- All returns must be made within 30-days from the shipped date with original invoice and price tags attached.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- We can only process returns for agacistore.com purchases. We cannot process returns for any merchandise that was purchased at one of our A'GACI stores by mail.
Returns In Store
All in-store and online purchases (excluding accessories, intimates and gift cards) may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers must have the original receipt or invoice with them at the time of the return. Customers returning online purchases must also have the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Price tags and stickers must be attached to the merchandise. Unworn shoes in their original boxes may be returned or exchanged. Altered, damaged or worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
In Store Holiday Return Policy
A’GACI’s 30-day return policy changes during the holiday season to allow our customers more flexibility when purchasing gifts. Purchases made between November 24, 2015 and December 24, 2015 may be returned through February 1, 2016.
In order to process your PayPal refund you must use the FREE shipping label provided in your package. Please note that PayPal tender is nonrefundable at store locations.
Exchanges can only be made at an A'GACI store. We currently cannot process exchanges by mail. To exchange agacistore.com purchases at an A'GACI store, please take the invoice included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase.
ALL ACCESSORY, INTIMATES, AND GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges allowed.
