Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm CST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
In stock products ship within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Back-ordered products ship within 30 days. Please add 2 to 4 business days during the holiday season. Please note that some orders are subject to verification which could take 4 to 5 business days.
Use the chart below to determine the shipping and handling charge for your order. This is the charge for packaging, insurance and shipping within the United States. We currently are not shipping to international addresses.

Tracking Your Order
If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so in the following way:
1) Sign up for My Account and click on Order History to view the status of your orders; if the item has shipped, you will see a tracking number which you can then simply enter on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.
