01. When will my credit card be charged

The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. A'GACI reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

02. What is the order cancellation process?

Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.

03. Do you accept phone orders?

Sorry, we do not accept phone orders at this time.

04. How can I check on my order?

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also visit to agacistore.com and click the Order Status link to check the status of your order. You can also email our customer service center at customerservice@agacistore.com

05. Can I order from outside the United States?

Sorry, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

06. Can I have my order shipped to another country?

We can ship to military addresses, APO/FPO and U.S. territories only.

07. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

Items that are not shown on the website are out of stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.

08. Do you have an A'GACI catalog?

A'GACI does not have a catalog at this time.

09. How quickly do you ship?

Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding holidays. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will ship out that same day, except during holidays.

10. Is my credit card number and information secure

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any information that we collect (e.g . name, address, phone number, e-mail, or credit card information) will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is a part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so.

11. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for online purchases. We also offer payments made through Paypal. We do not accept COD orders.

12. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section.

13. What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.

14. Can I register to be a My A’GACI Rewards member online?

Yes, just simply create an online account and you will be automatically enrolled. Customers with an existing account are automatically enrolled into the Rewards program when you sign-in to your account.

15. If I am a My A’GACI Rewards member, will my online purchases count towards my rewards points?

Yes, all purchases made in store and online will count towards your rewards points. Points can be easily tracked online by logging on to your A'GACI account and clicking "My A'GACI Rewards."

16. What if I haven't received my order?

You can track your package with the tracking number that will be provided to you via e-mail, or by either signing in to My Account or by checking Order Status. You can also contact our customer service department by e-mail, Customerservice@agacistore.com

17. Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax to residents of New Mexico, California, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Tennessee, Minnesota, Texas, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and Puerto Rico only. Sales tax will vary from state to state for online purchases.
