EFFECTIVE Thursday, August 1, 2019, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds or exchanges.
For non-final sale purchases made online or in-store within 30 days prior to Thursday, August 1, items (excluding accessories, intimates and gift cards) may be returned through Friday, August 30, 2019. No returns will be accepted as of Saturday, August 31, 2019.
For all eligible non-final sale purchases, customers must have the original receipt or invoice with them at the time of the return along with a valid ID (Driver’s License, state issued ID or military ID). Customers returning online purchases must also have the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Price tags and stickers must be attached to the merchandise. Altered, damaged or worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-final sale Items purchased with loyalty rewards coupons will be eligible for exchange only.
Effective Thursday, August 1, 2019, price adjustments will no longer be honored. No adjustments will be made to prior purchases.
Regardless of purchase date, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, SKINCARE, COSMETICS AND GIFT CARDS cannot be returned..
- Effective Thursday, August 1, 2019, gift cards can be redeemed for IN STORE PURCHASES ONLY.
- Effective Thursday, August 1, 2019, active merchandise credits can be redeemed for IN STORE PURCHASES ONLY.
- Effective Thursday, August 1, 2019, purchases will not accrue rewards points.
- Refunds will not be given on rewards. Rewards have no cash value.
- Valid rewards will be accepted for in-store purchases. Rewards expire 60 days from the date issued.
